Skills

Your team has established ways of doing data analysis — methods refined through years of experience. Now you can capture them directly in Invert as a Skill: a reusable set of instructions that tells Assist how to conduct a specific analysis, so it works the way your team works — every time, for everyone.

Add or edit Skills in the Library — each has a name, description, and instructions (plain text, code, or both). In Assist, reference a Skill directly with @Skill Name, or just ask your question — Assist will find and apply the right Skill on its own when one is relevant. Same method, same rigor, every time.

Examples:

SkillDescription
Program X Batch Deviation TriageStart with our 6 critical process parameters in the order our team defined, compare each to our validated ranges from PPQ, then check the 3 CQAs flagged as most sensitive — always present the deviation narrative in the format QA expects
Site B Monthly Process ReviewUse the acceptance bands set for Building 4 (not the corporate defaults), overlay the monthly runs against our baseline cohort from 2024, and call out any metric drifting toward our internal alert limits
Chromatography Step Yield TrackerCalculate step yield the way our DSP team does it (pool UV cutoff, not A280), compare against the last 10 runs on the same resin lot, flag anything below the 92% floor set after column qualification
New Analyst Onboarding ReportWalk through the 3 campaigns we picked as reference, annotate the charts the way we do in training — highlight the feed bolus timing, the VCD inflection, and the harvest decision point
Tech Transfer Comparability PackageUse the equivalence bands from our transfer protocol (±12% for yield, ±0.3 for pH), pull matched runs from both sites, and format the comparison table the way regulatory expects it in the dossier

Available now for all Assist-enabled organizations.
