Assist Reads PDF Batch Records

Paper records no longer have to be typed into a spreadsheet before they can reach Invert. Hand a PDF batch record to Assist and it transcribes the document into structured values, including run identification, process set points and harvest results, then puts every value in front of you for validation before anything is imported.

What you get

  • Transcription of the full document. Assist reads each page and extracts every field it recognises, listed page by page next to the source.
  • A human in the loop. Each value is marked on the page it came from, so you can compare it against the original, correct anything that is wrong, and delete what you do not need.
  • Validation, then import. Verify all on this page confirms a page at a time, and Complete extraction hands the validated data to the usual import flow.
Assist PDF extraction review with the source batch record on the left, markers on each extracted field, and a list of extracted values on the right with edit, delete and verify controls
